What happens when I run out of time in the time bar?

Solution

The purpose of the time bar is to help you keep track of the time you’ve spent working on a lab, and compare that to how much time it’s expected you’ll take. Once you’ve passed the expected time the time bar will turn red. Thinkscape does not automatically apply any sort of penalty for going over time.
