I can’t find the email with my certificate, how can I get another copy?

Solution

First, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select My Certificates in the dropdown menu. Next, find the certificate you would like a copy of and click the corresponding View Certificate button in the Actions column. This will open a copy of your certificate which you can save on your computer in PDF format by clicking the Save as PDF button.
