A question asks me to insert a video or a picture. How do I do this?

Solution

The Notes feature allows for media files to be uploaded and attached to a step in the lab. To open a new note, you can click the Take Notes icon in the main content window or click “Notes, Timeline, and Report” on the bottom left of the screen then click New Note. In this new note, click Choose Media to browse your files. Click Open once you’ve selected the file you want to add. Be sure to click Save Note once you are done to save your changes. If you want to delete a file from a note, select the note and click the Delete button on the icon for the file. You can also delete the entire note.
