Quality is for everyone to think of and embrace.
Quality starts with understanding customer and business priorities and needs.
Quality is Designing, and Developing with customer and business priorities and needs first and foremost.
Quality is then testing to ensure those customer and business priorities have been met and match the original agreements.
Please note that quality is what is under test here when QA is testing
Functionality, based on Design and UAT criteria should already have been tested and checked for Quality during the Development phase.
Quality is conversations, collaborations and understanding between stakeholders
Quality is starting with the end in mind.

Why are we building it?
Who are we building it for?
Does what we’re building make sense?
What else does this code affected?
How will the customer/end user use what we are building?
Will the customer/end user understand the intended flow?
Outline for current Sidekick Quality ProcessUAT criteria is needed on tickets as a guide for developers, testers and other stakeholders
Testing tickets when complete
Write high level test flow to run through at the end of the sprint
Monday’s/Tuesday’s testing for the current sprint on Local
Go Live Deployment on Wednesday’s (mid day - lunch time meetings) and testing will occur on Live Production
Thursday’s/Friday’s Dev Testing of the previous sprint
Nick will help create: E2E tests/Main Flows/Sub flows based on the Demo that will be created by September 23rdPersonas to test
