[New] Article: Module Content, Exercises, and Assessments

The module content and instructions are delivered through text, video, imagery, tables, and diagrams. Throughout, students will complete many types of exercises and assessments, and can upload their work. This includes:

  • Multiple-choice questions
    • Note: Some multiple-choice questions are configured to indicate to the student if the answer is correct or incorrect after it is submitted. The student will be able to change their answer. This is a setting configured by the module author.
  • Short and long answer questions, including text, values, and equations.
  • Completing tables
  • Free-form questions allow the student to include text, images, tables and files.
  • Uploading files
    • Note: Multisim Live and NI ELVIS III instruments include export functions for data and screenshots

Students can add additional notes and files in the free-form question at the bottom of each step.

When students complete labs with NI ELVIS III, they can use the instrument toolbar to connect to NI ELVIS III, launch instruments, and access resources. For more information about using the toolbar and instruments, visit the NI ELVIS III User Manual. Note that using the instrument toolbar requires installing NI ELVIS Soft Front Panel support. Instructions for this can also be found in the NI ELVIS III User Manual.
