Article: Completing Prerequisites

In your lab, some steps may require you complete specific actions before you can move on to the next step. These prerequisites may include: taking a note, opening a file, opening JIT help, or answering inline assessment questions.[MP1]  The prerequisites for a step will be listed in a yellow box at the top of the screen if they have not yet been completed. If you haven’t yet completed the prerequisites for a step, the icon will have a red corner. If you do not yet have access to a step because prerequisites have not been completed, the icon will be grey. Once you’ve completed all the prerequisites, the red corner on the icon will disappear, and the step the prerequisites were stopping you from accessing will become available
