Article: Why are some of the steps grey? Why can’t I click them?
Solution
The icon for a step appears grey if the prerequisite to access that step is incomplete. In order to view these steps, you need to complete all the prerequisites listed at the top of the page. These prerequisites may be answering questions, taking notes, opening a file, or opening Just in Time Help. Once the prerequisites for a step have been completed the icon will be white.
