Article: Why don't all my pictures upload when I paste from word in the content editor?

Not all picture formats are compatible with Thinkscape when being pasted into the content window from word. For these pictures we would suggest you download the picture file to your computer and then using the upload picture tool to send the file to the server. Once you have done this you should be able to include the picture in to your content.
