To add a Long Answer assessment to a step, first you need to click Add Item at the bottom of the step you want to add the question to. For the item type, select Inline Assessment from the dropdown menu.
Then, select Long Answer from the Question Type dropdown menu. Add your question to the Question in the text boxes provided.
Set the Assessment Options as required, and click Done to save.
